Summer: 9.30am-5pm, every day. Winter: 9.30am-4pm, on weekends and bank holidays, last entry is at 3.30pm.

The reservoir is one of ten Walthamstow reservoirs which are part of the Lee Valley Reservoir Chain. It is in Walthamstow Wetlands Nature Reserve which has a large network of cycling and walking trails and opportunities to view wildlife and industrial heritage
