The park has entrances from High Worple, Cannon Lane, Field End Road and Woodlands Avenue. There are 26 hectares of open space, including football and cricket facilities. The adjoining Roxbourne Rough Nature Reserve is visited by wildlife, including herons and green woodpeckers. On summer Sunday afternoons children can enjoy train rides on the miniature railway at the Field End Road side of the park.Car parking is available at the Cannon Lane entrance.
