Murray Park has a children’s playground, and although there are no permanent winter games pitches, a five-a-side football tournament is held every year in conjunction with local pubs. The park contains some fine forest trees, which are part of its history as the Twickenham seat of the Duke of Argyle, who donated many rare trees from this site to the newly formed Kew Gardens in the mid 18th century.
