Description
Wildlife
The dominant trees on this site are pedunculate oak over neglected coppice hornbeam. Other species include wild cherry, beech, silver birch and wild service-tree. The last is widespread and common here, but generally scarce elsewhere in London. Ground flora plants include bluebells, wood anemone, wood melick and dog's-mercury. The birdlife includes great spotted woodpecker, great tit, blackbird, blue tit, robin and chiffchaff.Facilities
