Description
Wildlife
Grassland in the western cemetery is quite rich, including wildflowers such as common knapweed, oxeye daisy and bird's-foot-trefoil. More acidic areas feature sheep's fescue, early hair-grass, small crane's-bill, sheep's sorrel and mouse-ear hawkweed. Black spleenwort, a scarce fern in London, grows on some of the gravestones. The eastern cemetery contains similar grassland. Woodland here is dominated by birch and ash. Rockliffe Gardens has dense shrubberies and a small pond, where celery-leaved buttercup grows.Facilities
