Description

This attractive cemetery contains some valuable and interesting habitats, which complement the adjacent Kensal Green Cemetery. There are a number of listed structures in the cemetery.

Wildlife

There are plenty of mature trees scattered throughout the cemetery, mostly horse-chestnut, Lombardy poplar and various willows. The grassland between the graves lacks the diversity found in Kensal Green Cemetery, but wildflowers such as agrimony occur in small quantities. The graves also support some interesting plants, including wild thyme and several species of stonecrops. Lichens growing here include several Cladonia species as well as dog lichen, the latter rare in London.
