This long stretch of the Beverley Brook between Richmond Park and the River Thames runs between back gardens and through several open spaces. The best place to access this section of the Brook is between Putney Lower Common and the River Thames, which is followed by the Beverley Brook Walk.

Wildlife
Wetland plants at the water's edge include great yellow-cress, lesser reedmace, water pepper and marsh horsetail, all rather scarce in London. Beneath the water grow unbranched bur-reed, broad-leaved pondweed and Nuttall's waterweed.Britain's most spectacular damselfly, the banded demoiselle, occurs in good numbers here, while kingfishers are often seen too.Facilities
