GiGL’s service level agreements (SLAs) are for organisations that need regular access to reliable and up to date information about London’s natural environment. Our SLA partners have a contract and data use licence with us that guarantees access to our data and related services. In many cases, our SLA partners also work with us to provide others with easy access to their own data.
The GiGL partnership works for the benefit of all its members, creating an ever-growing, centralised resource of information and expertise. See our Services for Partners webpage to find out more.
How to become a GiGL SLA partner
If you feel that your organisation would benefit from becoming a partner, please contact Julie Cox, GiGL Partnership Manager, for an initial discussion of your needs and to arrange a demonstration of our products and services.
New partners and new contacts from existing partners are encouraged to come in and meet us to talk about how we can help. A good working relationship with all our partners is an important part of how we work and ensures that you get the most from your service level agreement.
